Socially Mobile supports CIPR’s Get Chartered drive with Chief Examiner’s Award

Socially Mobile is proud to support the CIPR’s campaign to encourage more practitioners to #GetChartered. The recipient of the Chief Examiner’s Award for overall contribution during a cohort will have their fees paid for CIPR Chartered Assessment. The award will be made at the graduation for each cohort.

Commenting on the announcement, Ella Minty, Chief Examiner, Socially Mobile, said:

“The first cohort of Socially Mobile represented a wake up call for many involved in the operational aspects of the programme, myself included. There is an exceptional amount of undiscovered talent out there, practitioners who are not always seen, not often considered ‘equals’, and who need someone to lift them up and show them that they have all they need to succeed and become the next communication director or agency managing director.

“Chartered Accreditation should be the professional development highlight of every public relations practitioner, irrespective of whether they work in-house, in an agency or are freelance practitioners. I hope that the recipient of the Chief Examiner’s Award will join the growing number of Chartered Practitioners - myself included - who place ethics, strategy, and leadership in public relations at the heart of everything they do.”

Funded students who successfully graduate from the Socially Mobile Certificate in Leadership Communication receive CIPR and PRCA membership. All graduates also get access to AMEC Foundation in Media Measurement and Evaluation Course as part of their ongoing professional development.
