Socially Mobile opens for applications
Socially Mobile has opened for candidate applications for its first cohort in January 2022.
The 10-week executive education course aims to help accelerate the career of practitioners from a tactical to a management role. The goal is to support practitioners to increase their earning potential.
The Community Interest Community was founded to support practitioners from lower socio-economic backgrounds, as well as under-represented and under-served groups including black, Asian and ethnic minority practitioners, women returnees, and those with disabilities.

The timeline for the first Socially Mobile cohort is as follows:
Application deadline – 3 December
Successful Socially Mobile cohort advised – 10 December
Student onboarding – 17 December
Teaching schedule – 10 January to 25 March
The Socially Mobile course consists of seven compulsory modules and five optional modules, as well as guest lectures on contemporary areas of practice. Each module includes formal learning, a masterclass, reading material, and coursework.

The Socially Mobile platform brings together an expert teaching community of agency and inhouse practitioners, scholars, and thought leaders in communications and management.
